CJC-1295 no DAC

CJC-1295 no DAC is a synthetic growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog designed to stimulate the pituitary to release endogenous growth hormone in short, physiologic pulses. It is commonly used to support improved body composition, fat metabolism, recovery, and overall metabolic function without prolonged GH elevation.

Unlike DAC-modified versions, CJC-1295 no DAC has a short half-life, which makes it suitable for once-daily or multiple daily subcutaneous dosing, often timed to align with natural GH secretion patterns (e.g. evening or pre-sleep).

Reconstitution:
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → concentration adjusted to allow precise low-volume dosing.

Typical dosing framework (research/clinical use):
Commonly administered daily, sometimes divided into 1–2 injections per day depending on protocol, with gradual titration to support tolerability.

Measuring:
Using a U-100 insulin syringe allows accurate measurement of small volumes, making consistent dosing simple.

Storage:
Lyophilized: store frozen at −20 °C.
After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2–8 °C and generally use within 2–4 weeks.
